Your first visit at Journey Medical will be aimed at addressing a wide range of existing or suspected health conditions.
The consultation is an important aspect of beginning any medical treatment as it gives your doctor the opportunity to meet with you and listen to your concerns regarding your health. This initial discussion helps to determine if the Journey Medical Program is right for you, and how prepared you are to invest some of your time and effort towards reaping the rewards of its wellness results.
Dr. Lale will carefully review your past medical history, perform a thorough physical examination, and may administer some tests to assess your risk of developing certain diseases, or to determine the severity of an existing condition. The scope of the evaluation will be determined in accordance to your age, needs, and overall level of health. We can tailor the tests and treatments based upon your individual risk factors and wellness goals.
The Journey Medical Program begins with your initial consultation and evaluation, and your healthful journey will continue with office visits, phone discussions, and virtual visits online with your physician.
At the completion of your second or third visit, you will be provided with a printed USB Flash drive, or printed paper documentation, that details your personalized health assessment. With your health assessment, you will also receive customized recommendations for your individual care, suggested treatment, and integrative lifestyle improvements as wellness goals to strive for.
As a patient following The Journey Medical Program, you will have access to helpful and supportive information via JMP newsletters, articles, seminars, recipes, and more!
